today marks the first day of a new year....

2008

its amazing how time actually just flies by so fast.

looking back on the past year,

i cant say that it was a good year neither can i say that it was bad

it has had its ups and its downs..

but standing here at the beginning of a new year and looking back at the old..

it just reassures me that by faith, God's grace will see us through anything.

it has been a trying year and still at the end God's plans and purposes still previles.

He is faithful to give us future and a hope.

As i look on ahead, i'm sure it wont be a smooth one,

but I know who holds the future and i know who holds my hand.

Thank You dear Lord.

the year has gone, but it has also made us strong

the path was long but we walked upon it with a song

there were tears and fears,

but also reason for cheers.

as we look ahead to 2008

i pray the Lord will go before you
